  1. Most screen, battery and charging-port repairs are completed within 30–90 minutes if the part is in stock. Motherboard-level repairs and water-damage cases take 24–72 hours so we can run proper diagnostics and curing time.

  2. We always recommend OEM or grade-A replacement parts. If a customer prefers a cheaper aftermarket option (e.g. a non-OLED screen), we'll explain the trade-offs honestly so you can choose with full information.

  3. Yes. Repairs come with a written 30 to 90 day warranty depending on the part, covering both parts and labour. New gadgets carry the manufacturer's warranty plus a Bellstech satisfaction guarantee.

  4. For select laptops, iPhones and Starlink kits we offer flexible instalment plans. Reach us on WhatsApp with the item you're interested in and we'll send you the available options.

  5. We're based in Abeokuta, Ogun State. We offer pickup, drop-off and nationwide courier-delivery for sales. On-site visits for Starlink installation, networking and CCTV are arranged after a quick survey on WhatsApp.

  6. Yes — we buy and trade in working iPhones, MacBooks and select Android flagships. Send us photos and the model on WhatsApp for a same-day quote.

  7. Starlink is licensed in Nigeria and works in most cities and rural areas. We do a free coverage check before recommending a kit — no point selling you a service that won't perform.

  8. Then you don't pay. Our no-fix-no-fee promise means you're only billed when the device leaves working as agreed. Diagnostics are free for the first 30 minutes.
